BOARDING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customer must understand and agree to our Hotel’s Boarding Terms and Conditions.

To ensure the accommodation safety, the Hotel is using a reservation system. All visit, check-in or check-out require a prior booking.

Room rate is charged per night. It will be charged for an additional one night if the check-out time is beyond 7:00 p.m.

At the time of booking, first deposit of 50% of the total amount will be charged and the remaining balance shall be settled on the check-in date.

Customer is required to present a valid vaccination record on the arrival date and is responsible for declaring the health condition of your cat.

If the cat is unwell during the stay, the Hotel will notify the customer immediately and assist in sending the cat to a veterinarian for medical treatment. The customer must settle all medical expenses that the Hotel paid on behalf before the cat leaves the Hotel.

The Hotel shall not be liable for any injury or death caused by the customer’s deliberate non-disclosure of the illness of the cat (hidden disease, infectious disease, congenital or chronic disease, etc.), illness resulting from the absence of regular vaccination or natural death.

If more than 7 days from the original check-out date, the Hotel is unable to contact the customer or emergency contact person. It will be regarded as cat abandonment, the Hotel will report the abandoned cat to the governing body.

For hygiene reasons, the Hotel will carry out a flea treatment on the check-in date and in every 30 days for all boarding cats (at an additional charge of HK$70 each dose).

Cat’s immune system will get weak usually around 7 days after vaccination. Please complete the cat’s vaccination 7 days before the check-in.

In order to maintain the accommodation’s quality and your cat’s health, the Hotel will not accept the following conditions for boarding:

Cat spaying / neutering or undergoing a major surgery within the last 14 days

Cat is in a state of estrus

Cat who has not completed the regular vaccination 7 days before check-in
-
Cat is under 3-month old

Cat is unable to check-in due to typhoon signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm signal, the booking may be retained or extended once with a valid date of 12 months from the original check-in date. The deposit will not be refunded after the valid date.

With not less than 30 days’ notice before check-in, the booking can be rescheduled or postponed for 1 time without charge. The effective date will be 6 months from the original check-in date. Overdue deposit will not be refunded.

Booking cancellation and deposit refund:

Cancel booking 30 days before check-in date – Full deposit will be refunded

Cancel booking between 14 days and 29 days before check-in date - 50% deposit will be refunded

Cancel booking less than 14 days before check-in date – No deposit will be refunded

Friendly reminder:

Please bring along your cat’s valid vaccination record and your ID card (both originals) for check-in.

Your cat may feel discomfort if changing food. Please bring sufficient portion of own food for your cat to the Hotel.

Recommend to prepare own toys, favorite snacks, own blanket or clothes with the cat owner’s smell to soothe their emotion and let them adapting the new environment quickly.

訂房與入住須知

客戶必須明白及同意本酒店提供的寄養寵物協議細則及入住須知。
-
確保住宿安全,本酒店採用預約制,參觀、入住或退房請提前預約。
-
收費以過夜收費,退房時間若超過晚上7:00便視為過夜,需另收1晚住宿費用。
-
確定訂房時,需收取總金額的50%訂金,尾數需在入住當日繳清。
-
客戶需於入住當日出示有效預防針咭﹙正本﹚,並有責任申報寄養寵物的健康情況。
-
住宿期間若寄養寵物身體不適,將立即通知客戶並協助送往獸醫診治。客戶必須於寵物離開本酒店前繳清由本酒店代支的一切醫療費用。

若客戶故意隱瞞寄養寵物患病﹙隱性病、傳染病、先天性或慢性病等﹚或未注射預防疫苗而產生的疾病,因而發生任何傷亡,或自然死亡,本酒店恕不負責。

若原定退房日期超過7日仍無法聯絡上客戶或緊急聯絡人,將視為棄養行為,本酒店將向有關單位舉報棄養。

基於衛生理由,本酒店會為所有寄養寵物於入住當日及每隔30日使用除蝨滴劑﹙費用另計HK$70/次﹚。
-
寵物通常在疫苗注射後7日左右,免疫力會下降,請於入住7日前完成注射預防疫苗。
-
為保持住宿品質及寵物健康,不會接受以下情況入住本酒店:

剛完成結紮或完成重大手術14日內的寵物
-
正處於發情狀態的寵物
-
未定期或入住前7日未完成注射預防疫苗的寵物
-
年齡未滿3個月的寵物
-

預訂住宿當日,因遇上8號或以上颱風或黑色暴雨警告未能入住,可保留訂金改期或延期1次,有效日期為原定入住日期起計12個月內,逾期訂金不獲退回。

於入住前30日或之前通知改期或延期,可免費改期1次,有效日期為原定入住日期起計6個月來,逾期訂金不獲退回。

取消訂房及退回訂金:

在寄養前30日通知取消訂位 – 退回全部訂金
-
在寄養前14日至29日通知取消訂位 – 退回 50%訂金
-
在寄養前少於14日通知取消訂位 – 訂金不獲退回

溫馨提示:

入住時請攜帶寵物有效預防針咭及客戶身分證(正本)

轉換飼料可能會令寵物造成腸胃不適,請自備寵物住宿期間足夠飼料
-
建議準備寵物平日喜愛的玩具、零食、毛氈或有主人氣味的衣服,可以舒緩他們緊張情緒,盡快適應新環境
